HIRING PROTOCOLS FOR ALL POSITIONS:

1.  Applicants are required to submit an application including references

2.  Applicants are required to attend an in-person interview

3.  Applicants invited for a second interview may be required to review menu information and take a written test before hire

4.  We hire on a two-week probationary period.  At some point during those two weeks, a time will be scheduled to discuss your feelings toward the position as well as our feelings about performance.  If, for whatever reason, it is not a good fit, no hard feelings.  If it looks like we're both happy, welcome aboard!

CASHIER - POSTED FEBRUARY 10, 2026 - POSITION FILLED AS OF 2/25/26

We are looking for a part-time, front of the house employee to join our team.  An ideal candidate will be available from the beginning of March to the beginning of December; however, this is a flex position so there is room to accommodate various schedule options including how many days per week.  The shift is from 7:00 am to 12:30 pm.  We are closed on Wednesdays.  Responsibilities include greeting customers, explaining the ordering process, entering orders into the POS, accepting payments, assisting customers as needed.  Our restaurant is a fast-paced, family friendly, fun place to work.  We pride ourselves on having long-term employees and low staff turnover.  We look forward to meeting our newest family member soon!

PREP - POSTED FEBRUARY 10, 2026 - POSITION FILLED AS OF 2/24/26

We are looking for a full-time, back of the house employee to join our team.  An ideal candidate will be available from the beginning of March to the beginning of December.  The shift is from 5:45/6:00 am to 1:00/1:30 pm six days a week.  We are closed on Wednesdays.  Responsibilties include food preparation that follows our daily and weekly schedule, assisting with product inventory and storage, completing on demand tasks during service to support line cooks, maintaining a clean work environment, minimizing waste.  Our restaruant is a fast-paced, family friendly, fun place to work.  We pride ourselves on having long-term employees and low staff turnover.  We look forward to meeting our newest family member soon!
